We are currently experiencing a global outage with our cellular provider, which is affecting certain BRNKL products. If your system is equipped with security sensors and sirens, rest assured they will continue to protect your boat without needing a cellular connection. However, please be aware that alert notifications to your phone and email may be delayed. For systems with the Satellite Kit, communication has automatically switched to satellite.

We are actively working with our cellular provider to restore service and will provide updates as soon as possible. Should you have any immediate concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our support team. Thank you for your understanding.
